* A photographic exhibit, "Fa'a Samao: The Samoan Way," can be seen in the main corridor of Ablah Library through Friday, Dec. 2. The exhibit features photographs of daily life in a American Samoa village by the late Dr. Lowell D. Holmes, founder of the WSU Department of Anthropology. The exhibit also features original objects of Samoan culture.
* Two-time Pulitzer Prize winning author for the New York Times, Eric Schmitt, will speak before the Wichita Committee on Foreign Relations at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, at the Wichita Marriott. * Work out at the Heskett Center during Thanksgiving break and you can enter your name into a drawing for a pedometer, a first-aid kit, a T-shirt, gym bag or three sessions of personal training. The Heskett Center will be open until 5 p.m. today (Wednesday, Nov. 23); closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 24-25; and open from 1-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 26-27.
