The Office of Multicultural Affairs will sponsor a presentation by Ponka-We Victors, state representative of the 103rd District in Kansas, a member of the Tohono O'odham Nation of Arizona and Ponca Tribe of Oklahoma, and an alumna of WSU, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, in 223 RSC.
