A book signing event will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at Mead's Corner, Emporia and Douglas. Riki Wells, administrative specialist in Accounts Payable, is author of "Sarah's Special Christmas Day." It's about a little girl (Sarah) who is visiting her daddy's grave site on Christmas Day and, at the cemetery, she notices the different ways in which people are grieving. She asks her mommy if she's doing something wrong, and a discussion ensues about how there is no right or wrong way to grieve.
