* From the Office of Financial Operations: Monday, Dec. 19, is the last day to submit ICDs (Invoice Control Document) and invoices for direct payment requests to be processed prior to the Holiday shutdown. ICDs received after that day will be processed in January. Dec. 19 also is the last day to return departmental VISA procurement log sheets with your funding, receipts and approvals.
* The State Employee Health Plan needs feedback about the Open Enrollment process and the quality of information that is provided. The survey contains 39 questions and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey is open for use now until 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2012.
