Reminders

* From the Office of Financial Operations: Today (Monday, Dec. 19) is the last day to submit ICDs (Invoice Control Document) and invoices for direct payment requests to be processed prior to the holiday shutdown. ICDs received after that day will be processed in January. Dec. 19 also is the last day to return departmental VISA procurement log sheets with your funding, receipts and approvals.

* The men's basketball team will host Newman University at 7:05 p.m. today (Monday, Dec. 19) in Charles Koch Arena. Call 978-FANS (3267) for tickets.

* The Counseling and Testing Center will be closed all day today (Monday, Dec. 19) for staff training and development. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20.

* Student Health Services will be closed during the lunch hour from noon-1 p.m. today (Monday, Dec. 19) through Friday, Jan. 6. Lunch hour coverage will resume on Monday, Jan. 9.

* Requisitions are due at the WSU Foundation by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, for checks to be available Thursday, Dec. 22. There will be no check processing during the week of Dec. 26, however, emergency checks can be issued on an as-needed basis during that week.
