The 56th annual WSU Alumni Association Awards Banquet is slated for the evening of Thursday, Feb. 2, at the Wichita Marriott Hotel. The event honors selected WSU alumni, faculty, staff and friends who make Shocker excellence truly flourish. Festivities open with a champagne reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and the awards program. A list of 2011 award honorees, as well as banquet reservation information, will be featured in next month's issue of The Shocker Online.
