WSU roundtable to highlight federal investments to accelerate the growth of advanced manufacturing in Kansas
The program will include discussion on how the project will proceed and how it will support economic development in Kansas.
Speakers will include U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development John Fernandez; Kansas Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary of Workforce Services Caleb Asher; and WSU President Donald L. Beggs.
Members of the Kansas Congressional Delegation and other federal, local and university officials, including Sedgwick County Chairman Dave Unruh and the board of the WSU Center for Innovation and Enterprise Engagement, plan to participate.
