* The postage cost will increase effective Sunday, Jan. 22. If you want to save some money, stop by the Campus Post Office and purchase a book of stamps for $8.80 and rolls of forever stamps for $44, before the price goes up to $9 and $45, respectively. * The Regional Institute on Aging is announcing three graduate student research awards to be funded at $3,000 each for a one-year period for direct research costs, assuming receipt of an adequate number of high quality applications. * Library orientation for the spring semester will be held from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20. All students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend. * The annual Wichita State Pizza Hut Shocker Sports Hall of Fame dinner has been set for 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, in the Preferred Health Systems Multi-Purpose Center at Charles Koch Arena. Cost of the dinner is $25 per person, and paid reservations must be made to the Shocker Ticket Office by today (Tuesday, Jan. 17) by calling 978-3267, or in person at the Shocker Ticket Office on the south side of Charles Koch Arena.
