Faculty and staff who have weight loss goals may want to consider joining the At-Work Weight Watchers group that meets Tuesdays at noon in the Heskett Center. The cost is $39.95 per month. Recently the group concluded its 17th week and celebrated seeing less of each other -- having lost 322 pounds. Three members lost more than 10 percent of their body weight and helped address some significant health issues.
