WSU faculty, staff and students will participate in the 2012 Heart Walk and Run. This year, all WSU teams will walk in memory of professor Les Anderson, who died in November from a heart attack. Team captains are needed immediately to help sign up colleagues to participate in the event in downtown Wichita on Wednesday evening, May 2. It will include options to walk or participate in a 5K run. This is a great activity for a department, college or student organization interested in participating and in honoring Les' memory. Participants will receive a specially designed "Team Les" T-shirt to wear at the event.
