"Etiquette with Bonnie Bing" is the topic of the next Council of University Women luncheon from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, in the RSC ballroom. This is a joint meeting with the Women's Association. The luncheon will feature executive chef Melinda's soup selection, chicken marsala served with red skin mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans, bread and iced tea for $10.
