Victor Collins, assistant to the vice president for diversity and director of Multicultural Affairs, has accepted a position at Towson University. Faculty and staff are invited to a reception in his honor from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, in 203 Rhatigan Student Center.
