The Ulrich Museum and Tallgrass Film Festival will screen the Oscar-nominated short documentary "Incident in New Baghdad" at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, in the Murdock Theatre at the 20th Century Center, 536 N. Broadway. "Incident," directed by James Spione, tells the story of Wichitan and former U.S. Army Specialist Ethan McCord, the subject of a 2007 Wikileaks controversy, who witnessed the slaying of two Reuters journalists and a number of civilians by U.S. attack helicopters in Iraq.
