CMD: 'Inventory and Supply Chain Management' CMD: 'Inventory and Supply Chain Management'

Sue Abdinnour will lead the Center for Management Development Workshop "Inventory and Supply Chain Management" from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, in Woodman Alumni Center. Lunch is provided. Any tuition assistance that may be available is handled through Human Resources and must be requested more than two weeks ahead of the class.

This program will give you the essentials of inventory management and useful decision making models you can apply to better manage inventory in your organization. You have the opportunity to examine the distinction between independent and dependent demand inventory (MRP -- Material Requirements Planning) and you will come away from the program equipped with useful methods for controlling inventories in your area.
