* The deadline to sign up to be part of the university-wide Homecoming 2012 decorating contest is 5 p.m. today (Friday, Feb. 10). Winners of the department and college division will receive an office party valued at $150; student division winners will receive a $150 cash prize. * The 4th Annual Multicultural Talent Show will be held at 6 p.m. today (Friday, Feb. 10) in the RSC ballroom. Experience WSU's rich diversity witha night of poetry, music and dance, as students showcase their talents at "Culture-N-Movement." The event is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

* Career Services will provide WSU faculty, staff and students the opportunity to donate to Dress for Success Wichita. The organization promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. * Connie Landreth, former assistant director of Human Resources, died on Nov. 17, 2011, after a yearlong struggle with cancer. As a memorial to Connie and to convey our gratitude for her friendship, work and commitment to WSU, donations are being accepted for a paving stone in her name at the WSU Plaza of Heroines. If you'd like to contribute toward a paver in her memory, please make checks payable to the WSU Foundation, memo "Plaza of Heroines," and send it to Frankie Brown, director of Human Resources, at campus box 15.
