WSU hosts top 10 percent of high school juniors from across Kansas

The Office of Admissions is hosting about 400 high school juniors from across Kansas for the annual Presidential Scholars program this week Wednesday, Feb. 22, and today (Friday, Feb. 24). The students invited were named in the top 10 percent of their class by their high school.

While on campus, the students will learn more about the academic colleges and opportunities available to them through programs like Career Services and Cooperative Education and Work-Based Learning.

The program attendees will be honored at a recognition ceremony with President Beggs, and each will receive a certificate and special gift for their achievements.

Please contact the Office of Admissions at 978-3085 with questions.
