* Payroll has updated informational memos that might be helpful to review.
--The year-end payroll information contains basic information as to how to read your 2011 W-2 form and what each box contains at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1457.
--If you are a state employee, you may request your own duplicate W-2 forms for current and prior years at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?1459.
* All faculty and staff are invited to review the information now in their employee records. In addition, one may review and update her/his ethnicity and race using the new federal guidelines. The Human Resource Office is also asking everyone to provide emergency contact information. To access this new tool, log into the myWSU portal, click on the Faculty/Staff Resources tab, and in the Human Resources links channel you will find the link "Demographic Verification." You can then follow the directions provided.
* Faculty, staff and graduate students are invited to the webinar "Designing a Learning Process -- Not Just a Course" from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, in the Wireless Learning Space at the Media Resources Center.
