Words for Wellness -- Now What Was I Supposed to be Doing?

Does your mind wander while others are talking? Do you read the same paragraph over and over again only to realize you haven't been paying attention to what you have been reading? Do you forget your appointments or misplace important items like your keys or wallet? Come find out how to better manage your attention within the classroom, work setting, or with friends and family.
