Winners from WSU at the 9th Annual Capitol Graduate Research Summit (http://kansasresearch.org/) are:

-- Zachary Kral, Department of Aeronautical Engineering. Project title: Use of Artificial Neural Networks to Detect Damage in Composite Laminates. Faculty mentors are Walter Horn and James Steck.

-- Heath E. Misak, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Project title: The Benefits of Magnetic/Proetin Targeted Drug Delivery in Treating Skin Cancer In-Vivo. This was a collaborative project with Farhana Abedin, Michelle Man and Jennifer Herring; faculty mentors are Ramazan Asmatulu and Shang-You Yang.
