More than 90 people were welcomed by Zulma Toro-Ramos, dean of the College of Engineering, to the College of Engineering Scholarship Reception Feb. 29 at the Marcus Welcome Center. The event, sponsored by the WSU Foundation, gave donors and recipients of their scholarships an opportunity to get to know one another or catch up on the year's activities.
