Just two days remain to vote for Global Village, the nightly world music show that airs locally on KMUW FM 89.1, in the Reader's Choice World Music Awards. Voting began in February and concludes Wednesday, March 21. Global Village is currently in a dead heat with two other shows for first place, with only a few votes separating the top three nominees. Voting is open to all and a link to the voting ballot is available on the Global Village page at http://www.facebook.com/GlobalVillageRadio. KMUW, a listener-supported station, is licensed to Wichita State University. Global Village is hosted by KMUW announcer/producer Chris Heim and airs at 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
