Kansas scientists to meet at Wichita State University
More than 150 people are expected to attend, with nearly 100 presentations ranging from cancer biology to dinosaur bones. The keynote speaker will be world-renowned astrobiologist Andrew Knoll from Harvard. His appearance is being funded as a Watkins Visiting Professor.
Knoll will present "The Search for Life on Mars" at 8 p.m. Friday, March 30, in the Hughes Metropolitan Complex. He'll also present "Deep Evolutionary History" at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 31, in 209 Hubbard Hall.
