* The Fiscal Year 2013 budget process begins at the departmental level with the entering of budget information into WSU's Enterprise Reporting (ER) software. Budget Officers and Budget Review Officers for state orgs (non-research orgs) are invited to attend one of the upcoming FY13 Budget Information and Enterprise Reporting Training Sessions or the Open Lab session for individual help. * The WSU Office of Research Administration will host the webinar "Crafting a Sales Pitch for Your Grant Proposal" from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, April 11. Registration is required. Go to https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/633713174.

* President's Distinguished Service Awards and the unclassified professionals' Wayne Carlisle Distinguished Service Award will be presented during the Shocker Pride Celebration Wednesday, April 25. There will be a reception to meet and greet the honorees at 3 p.m., with the awards presentation begining at 3:30 p.m. Please respond to the Shocker Pride Celebration invitation and confirm attendance to box 62 by Wednesday, April 18. * The WSU Graduate School will host the eighth annual university-wide Graduate Research and Scholarly Projects Symposium (GRASP) from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, in Marcus Welcome Center. * Did you know that to take any kind of a distribution from your voluntary 403(b) plan, you must have a Plan With Ease certificate? The certificate is also required to access your mandatory/voluntary accounts after separation of employment or retirement from the university.
