Did you know that to take any kind of a distribution from your voluntary 403(b) plan, you must have a Plan With Ease certificate? This includes: loans, in-service withdrawals, rollovers and any other type of acceptable distribution. The Plan With Ease certificate is also required to access your mandatory/voluntary accounts after separation of employment or retirement from the university.
