* The presentation by the first candidate for director of campus recreation will be held at 2 p.m. today (Monday, May 21) in 105 Heskett Center. Please consider attending the presentation by William Ehling from Dallas, Texas.

* All unclassified and classified benefits-eligible positions must have a paper position description submitted to Libby Gilbert for FLSA and ADAAA review before the position description portion of PeopleAdmin can be approved for posting. The paper form can be found on the Office of Human Resources website in the forms section. * A training session on Microsoft Beginning Outlook 2010 will be offered in 119 Jabara Hall on Tuesday, May 22. This hands-on training introduces the user to customizing their Outlook experience. * The Performance Management Process for classified employees requires a mid-year discussion between April 1 and June 30. You will not assign a rating, but you will discuss the established objectives and competencies and the employee's progress toward meeting these goals. After the discussion with the employee, have him/her sign on page 10 of the form under mid-year discussion signatures to document that the discussion took place. * The Office of Human Resources has announced the AAO-1 Search Process Report is getting a facelift starting June 1. Initial training classes are available from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 23; 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 24; 1:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 30; and 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 31. * The U.S. Postal Service just announced that effective today (Monday, May 21) all international packages must have online-generated customs forms to be mailed.
