* Participants are needed to help the WSU Health Risk Assessment Team and Sedgwick County Health Department with a practice drill of the point of distribution site at Charles Koch Arena on Thursday, May 31. Participants will need to complete an online registration form and RSVP by May 24 at http://www.dispenseassist.com. Select "Anthrax" under the Vouchers menu and complete the form. * The Office of Human Resources has announced the AAO-1 Search Process Report is getting a facelift starting June 1. Initial training classes are available from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 23; 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 24; 1:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 30; and 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 31. To view training dates and register for the class, log in to myWSU, select EmpHelp (orange cube under the Weather) and myTraining. * The Center for Management Development will present the workshop "Emotional Intelligence" from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, in Woodman Alumni Center. Lunch is provided. * If you are looking for a place to sing, consider joining the WSU Summer Choir. Rehearsals are from 5-6:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesday, starting June 4. There are no auditions; just come and sing. * The Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR) invites faculty of Kansas public universities to address educational research topics relevant to KBOR and the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) through the Kansas Education Research Scholars Program (KERSP).
