* The Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR) invites faculty of Kansas public universities to address educational research topics relevant to KBOR and the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) through the Kansas Education Research Scholars Program (KERSP). * WSU is working on a quality initiative (QI) as required for its next accreditation reaffirmation in 2016-2017 by the Higher Learning Commission. * If you are looking for a place to sing, consider joining the WSU Summer Choir. Rehearsals are from 5-6:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesday, starting June 4. The concert will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in Wiedemann Recital Hall. There are no auditions; just come and sing. * The College of Engineering has a limited number of scholarships available to the Girls Exploring Engineering Camp for students entering sixth-eighth grade in the fall. * If you are trying to stop smoking, check out the free one-hour Quit Smoking Course with tobacco treatment specialist Tresza Hutcheson this summer.
