Attention supervisors of classified employees

The Performance Management Process for classified employees requires a mid-year discussion by June 30. You will not assign a rating, but you will discuss the established objectives and competencies and the employee's progress toward meeting these goals. After the discussion with the employee, have him/her sign on page 10 of the form under mid-year discussion signatures to document that the discussion took place.
