The Student Activities Council is coordinating Welcomefest 2012: Building Shockers Up, and is looking to maximize opportunities to engage students. Welcomefest gives departments and organizations the chance to have their events during the first two weeks of school included in an SAC-coordinated publicity initiative, with free promotion of your events. To submit an event for Welcomefest, go to http://www.wichita.edu/welcomefestform. If you want your event to be included in the SAC Times Calendar, it must be submitted by 5 p.m. Monday, June 25.
