Learn weight management skills

If you are interested in learning new skills for weight management, join a free four-session class 8-9 a.m. every Tuesday, July 10-31, in 206 Heskett Center. Learn essential strategies to maintain a healthy weight. Class will be led by Tresza Hutcheson. She has worked more than 10 years in health behavior change, with more than five years experience leading weight loss and weight management groups. Participants will receive educational materials, free recipe booklets, and will be led through the process of creating a realistic, individualized health plan.
