Velma Wallace, philanthropist and widow of longtime Cessna leader Dwane Wallace, died Sunday afternoon. Wallace, 95, a Wichita native, was deeply involved in the Wichita area and WSU. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at University Congregational Church, 9209 E. 29th St. North.
