* Visit the University Bookstore from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. today (Friday, July 27) to return your summer rentals or sell back your textbooks for cash.
* Four of baseball's most revered icons -- Joe DiMaggio, Larry Doby, Willie Stargell and Ted Williams -- have been immortalized with the issuance of the Major League Baseball All-Stars Forever Stamps. Sheets of stamps will be available at the Campus Post Office for a limited time.
* WSU's Counseling and Testing Center is offering a workshop to help high school students prepare for the ACT from 8 a.m.-noon Saturday, Aug. 11, at WSU. * The Walk to End Alzheimer's will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, at Cessna Stadium. Form a team and help the 54,000 Kansans afflicted with this fatal disease and their 148,000 unpaid caregivers.
