The Intensive English Language Center needs volunteers -- especially drivers -- to be conversation leaders. Conversation leaders spend time on Wednesdays helping International Students practice English conversation skills. If you have an interest in other cultures and are a good listener, you probably would enjoy being a conversation leader. If you are a native speaker of American English and would like to volunteer, send an email expressing your interest to william.thomas@wichita.edu. For the next few weeks, Wednesday sessions are 9-10:30 a.m., 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., 11:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m., 1-2:30 p.m., and 2:15-3:45 p.m.
