Twenty-one returning adult students are receiving Osher scholarships this year at WSU. Three part-time students are each receiving $1,250, and 18 full-time students are each receiving $2,500 for the 2012-13 academic year. Wichita State is the only university in Kansas to offer the Osher Reentry Scholarship program for returning adult students. The Osher scholarships are designed to help undergraduate students who have experienced a five-year cumulative gap in their education.
