Run for your life. The benefits of running are tremendous, reducing your chances of the common cold to cancer. Great conditioning for your heart and lungs and a great stress reliever. Join Campus Recreation for a six-week training program, beginning the week of Sept. 10 and ending with the Pumpkin Run on Saturday, Oct. 20. Group runs will be held at 12:10 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. The cost is $35 for students and Campus Recreation members, $45 for nonmembers. The fee includes Pumpkin Run registration.
