On Saturday, Oct. 20, students, faculty and staff at WSU will join hands to form a human chain, passing food raised in a month-long university food drive benefitting the Kansas Food Bank. The food drive begins Thursday, Sept. 20, and will run through Oct. 20, which is WSU Hunger Awareness Day. The initiative is committed to raising awareness of hunger and learning how it affects those on campus. Collection boxes will be posted at the entrance of most campus buildings.
