A newly established WSU Leadership Academy for faculty and unclassified professional staff was begun this fall at WSU. The Leadership Academy follows the model established in the College of Health Professions in 2007 and is supported by Interim Provost Keith Pickus. Twelve Academy Fellows from across campus were selected to participate in the academy and, following a week-long orientation, are meeting weekly during the academic year. The model of adaptive leadership will be studied and experienced as the Leadership Fellows work on challenges differently than in the past.
