Wichita State University will inaugurate its 13th president at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12. President Bardo invites campus participation in the event to be held at Hughes Metropolitan Complex. The cancellation of classes will be left up to individual instructors of each class, and employee participation should be approved by each individual's supervisor. If you plan to participate, carpooling is encouraged because of limited parking space available at Hughes Metropolitan Complex. The inauguration ceremony will be telecast live on WSU-TV Cox Cable Channel 13, on campus via the CIC Campus Information Channel, and streamed online at http://www.wichita.edu/inauguration.
