As part of the Tallgrass Film Festival, the Department of Geology and the Center for Environment and Human Health will present the film "SWITCH," at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, in 209 Hubbard Hall. Admission is free. The film discusses hydraulic fracturing, outlook for gasoline prices and viability of energy alternatives. The film is a nonbiased look at our energy future and a nonpartisan approach to an energy future as surprising as it is practical. A panel of experts will be available after the film to meet and discuss the issues with the audience. Winner of numerous film festivals, "SWITCH" has been recommended by a wide array of energy specialists. Please help spread the word to students and other interested people.
