* Faculty and staff who need to acquire regalia for fall commencement should contact Julie at 978-7021, or Tanya at 978-7031, at the University Bookstore between 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Although we are past the deadline to purchase regalia for fall commencement, you have until Friday, Oct. 26, to place a rental order. Those who rented for President Bardo's inauguration will still need to place an order, because the inauguration regalia must be returned before commencement orders will be shipped.

* As part of the Tallgrass Film Festival, the Department of Geology and the Center for Environment and Human Health will present the film "SWITCH," at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, in 209 Hubbard Hall. Admission is free. The film is a nonbiased look at our energy future and a nonpartisan approach to an energy future as surprising as it is practical. Please help spread the word to students and other interested people.
