OCE copier contract renewed OCE copier contract renewed

The Office of Procurement and Contracts in Topeka has renewed copier contract #12156 for an additional three years at a reduced leasing fee.

Renewal Year 1 (Nov. 1, 2012-Oct 31, 2013) -- Equipment cost is reduced by 40 percent from original price and maintenance fee increased by 5 percent over original cost.
Renewal Year 2 -- Equipment cost reduced by 60 percent from original price and maintenance fee increased by 5 percent over year 1 price.
Renewal Year 3 -- Equipment cost reduced by 60 percent from original price and maintenance fee increased by 5 percent over Year 2 price.
