Shawn Sullivan, secretary of the Kansas Department on Aging, will give the speech "Transforming the State of Aging in Kansas" from 4-5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at Wichita State University’s Marcus Welcome Center.

There will be a reception beginning at 4:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Parking is free at the Marcus Welcome Center.

Sullivan’s lecture is sponsored by the WSU Regional Institute on Aging, University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita and Central Plains Area Agency on Aging.
