Message from the Department Chair

Welcome to the website of the Department of Management. We are committed to excellence in teaching and research as well as serving the needs of the community. The department offers four undergraduate majors: Management, International Business, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship and supports three graduate programs MBA, EMBA, and MHRM programs. To ensure greater flexibility for our students, our majors are also offered in an online and hybrid formats. We are the only Kansas Board of Regents institution to offer a degree program in human resource management. Our highly qualified faculty have extensive research and industry experience. They are constantly pushing boundaries and redefining horizons with their award winning research, creativity and business acumen.

Wichita State University is located in the largest economic, cultural, and population center of Kansas. This presents a great opportunity for our students to work with numerous world-class companies and organizations.
