Application for Degree & Exit Survey

The purpose of the Application for Degree is to:

• Notify your academic college of your intent to graduate
• Initiate a degree audit of your academic record to ensure that you will meet all degree requirements.
• Give your name as you want it to appear on your diploma

Submit your Application for Degree at least two semesters before your expected date of graduation.

You will need to enter your myWSU ID and password to begin the Application for Degree and Exit Survey:

Incorrect Degree Listed?

If the degree is listed as A42B Pre-Social Work and you have been admitted to the social work program, before continuing please contact the School of Social Work office at (316) 978-7250, socialwork@wichita.edu, or visit the social work office in 528 Lindquist Hall.

If the degree listed is incorrect and not A42B, before continuing you will need to contact the LAS Advising Center at (316) 978-3700 or visit them in 115 Grace Wilkie Hall to change your major.
