Please join us for Hugo Wall Day, where we bring alums, current students, faculty, staff, and local government and nonprofit professionals together in the spirit of Dr. Hugo Wall’s commitment to the study and practice of public administration.

This is a time to celebrate and reflect on the value of public service to our communities, the state of Kansas, the nation, and ultimately to the process of democratic governance. We will also recognize our 2025 Hugo Wall Award recipient and Hugo Wall Fellowship recipients.

Joining us for conversation is Dr. David H. Rosenbloom, Distinguished Professor of Public Administration and a leading scholar in the areas of administrative and constitutional law, human resources management, and democratic governance.
