  1. All incoming freshman are required to take one First-Year Seminar as part of their General Education program. Students who are exempt from First-Year Seminar requirements may take an additional open elective.
  2. Open electives are any course, in any subject that are at least numbered 100 or above.
  3. To complete WSU general education requirements students are required to have completed 9 credits of 300+ level general education courses. Courses that satisfy 6 of those 9 credits are included in Barton School of Business curriculum. Students are encouraged to select a 300+ level general education course in the humanities, fine arts, or math and natural sciences divisions to satisfy general education requirements.
  4. RE major electives can be any RE course at the 300+ level excluding RE 310 or RE 611/618 if already used in major
  5. FIN major electives can be any FIN course at the 300+ level excluding FIN 340, 440, 450, or 611/618 if used in major
