Dr. Samuel J. Yeager, a professor in Wichita State University’s Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs, has served the university for five decades. He specializes in organizational behavior, ethics, personnel administration, research methodology and statistics, and has served as a mentor to generations of public service leaders. Yeager is the author of more than 50 publications and has conducted research on topics including public sector ethics, mentoring and organizational performance. A respected scholar, teacher and advisor, he has played a pivotal role in the development and national accreditation of Wichita State’s Master of Public Administration program.
