Join us for the next physics seminar will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6. This talk will feature Dr. Ohana Benevides-Rodriguez, from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. The title will be,"Short-Baseline Neutrino Oscillations with the PROSPECT-l Detector at HFIR."
Dr. Benevides-Rodriguez is a research scientist at the Illinois Institute of Technology. She's been with the institute since completing her PhD. She's worked extensively on low energy neutrino experiments, most notably the Oak Ridge National Lab Prospect experiment, and is now preparing a new follow on measurement in an experiment called Prospect-II.
