The 8th annual Shocker Sociology Symposium will be held virtually on Friday, Oct. 2, 2020 in conjunction with WSU's 125th anniversary celebration.

The Sociology Symposium is a great opportunity to present your sociologically relevant work, to share projects you've developed in and / or outside the classroom environment, and to mingle with faculty and alumni. Student presenters will gain experience in public speaking while also learning from other peer and faculty presenters. It's an easy way to add a line to your resume or curriculum vita!

This year's symposium may be delivered a little differently, primarily in a virtual environment, depending on evolving circumstances.
