The world of work is ever-changing. Not only what job is being done but where, when, and how the work is completed. In this workshop, we will discuss disability in the workplace and how best to work with all people.

Loni LeForce, Ph.D., earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching at Friends University. Loni completed a second master’s in Special Education from the University of Oklahoma and her Ph.D. in 2020.

Currently, Dr. LeForce is the Pre-Employment Transition Specialist at the University of Missouri. In August she will transition to Process Coordinator and Transition Coach for Springfield, Missouri Public schools.

Dr. LeForce’s professional experiences include teaching at the secondary level for 13 years in Kansas and Oklahoma. Loni has taught classes as a graduate assistant and adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma. She has also presented transition education at conferences in Iowa, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, and Wisconsin.
